Full priced items (where no discounts have been applied) are eligible for return within 14 days from your delivery date for a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 3 years and will be sent in gift card form.

Sale items or orders where a discount code has been used are considered final sale.

Our vintage pieces are sold having had a past life, being anywhere from 20 to 70 plus years old. They are likely to show minor, unnoticeable signs of wear consistent with their age, which makes them all the more charming and unique!

Any major or noticeable faults will be noted with photos provided for your consideration and priced accordingly.

We recommend sending your return with registered post or postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia over $250. If your order is under $250, you can choose from two options:

Express Shipping (2-3 business days within Australia, or next-day-delivery to metropolitan SA) $15 flat rate

Standard Shipping (up to 6 business days) $10 flat rate

Please note we are located out of Australia Post's Next-Day-Delivery network and therefore express delivery will take 2 business days from day of dispatch to arrive, with the only exception being metropolitan SA where next-day-delivery is possible. 

We recommend sending to a business or PO Box if your home address will be unattended during the day. All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery and if nobody is there to sign for it, it will be held at your local Australia Post for collection. 

In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through Australia Post, you will be entitled to a credit note which is valid for 3 years. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.

If your order is returned to us for any reason you will be issued an automatic credit note minus the full cost of shipping and return to sender fees.

For International orders we offer the following services:

- Australia Post International Standard Shipping to New Zealand for $20 and for $30 to the rest of the world.

  • Takes 6 - 21 business days 
  • Signature upon delivery required
  • Trackable

- Australia Post Express International Shipping to New Zealand for $30 and for $40 to the rest of the world.

  • Takes 3 - 5 business days to metropolitan cities
  • Signature upon delivery required
  • Trackable

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office and our website for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.
