We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $200. If your order is under $200, you can choose from two options:
Express Shipping (2-3 business days within Australia, or next-day-delivery to metropolitan SA) $12.95
Standard Shipping (up to 6 business days) $9.95
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Unfortunately, orders are unable to be cancelled once it has been placed.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that during busy periods such as flash sales, delays are possible.
Please note that our boutique is located out of Australia Post's Next-Day-Delivery network and therefore express delivery will take 2 business days from day of dispatch to arrive, with the only exception being metropolitan SA where next-day-delivery is possible.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details attached. Please note that Australia Post do not provide very detailed tracking information along the way and can also provide very conservative estimated delivery dates. Rest assured that if you have received a Shipping Confirmation, your order is in transit and will be in your arms soon!
We recommend sending to a business or PO Box if your home address will be unattended during the day. All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery and if nobody is there to sign for it, it will be held at your local Australia Post for collection. Please contact your local post office first before contacting us if your order is late as we often find parcels are simply awaiting collection.

Often there can be varied delays due to different customs processes in your country. If you are concerned about the location of your order, please contact your country's Postal Service first and quote your tracking number for further information.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office and our website for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.
Please note there are some countries that we do not ship to because of carrier limitations and higher costs. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, please email us at email@example.com.
LOST AND RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through Australia Post, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. If your item(s) cannot be replaced, you will only be entitled to a credit note which is valid for 12 months. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver) you will be issued an automatic credit note minus the full cost of shipping.
Preorders will be shipped within 24 hours of the item's arrival in-store. If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the preordered item(s) arrive and then the order will be shipped together. If you would like to split your order and have in-stock items sent immediately, please send us an email. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship items separately for you.
